Where to get lower springs? (was: Highly modified 200sx 88)
i realized that but i'm not going as low as you think... even when i cut them to where I want it would still be higher that most other cars and bottoming out isnt really an issue since it will only be an inch or so... I used to have a low ass trans am and a celica with cut springs (the celica's were cut not the trans am) so I'm used to driving cars like that... I've had no probs because I don't overdo it even if I do get probs I can order some new springs... like the euro ones or something.

just be careful cause our cars have a very small travel as is and even a small cut on stock spring rates may cause you probs quicker then the others cars you have had,,, as long as you take a bit off at a time oyu should be fine

Hey 88turbo. I'm not sure where you are with this project since I'm replying so late.
I have a 93 Stealth RT TT, and I noticed that you are considering this BOV. I will warn you right now, that it leaks! They all do -- they were designed to leak in order to prevent overboost. Getting rid of my leaky stock BOV was one of my first mods on the stealth, so I hope that you didn't get one already. I can sell you my old stocker which is lying around, but I'll only sell it with you knowing this bad news.
As far as a recommendation goes for a real BOV, I am using the TurboXS Bypass Valve (model H-34 I believe?). There are much better ones out there, but I'm on a budget. Nevertheless, if you're going to buy the same upgrade that I did for my stealth, then make sure you contact me first and I'll confirm the part number for you.
Good luck and let my know how autox goes, since I'm in the same scene here in Cali with my NA S12. A quick tip -- left foot braking ("LFB") will be the key to getting good times in your turbo S12. It will be difficult to learn as it will induce even more oversteer and you must learn how to control this, but you won't get your maximum corner exit speed until your turbo is on the boost. Also, LFB is almost impossible without a race seat + good harness since you will go sliding without having the second foot to brace yourself. I tried LFB while autoxing my turbo stealth with stock seat + seat belt, so I speak from experience...
