well after i swaped my front springs and sturts many times i have this problem of killing my endlinks bushings

i've replaced each side once and i'm on my way to doing it again.
i've been confused for a while. i double checked and torqued everything down, for a while i thought my mounts were going bad, but now i think i have found the problem

while surfing though my FSM, it says when you torque anything rubber down the car must be down on all 4 wheels etc
well i didn't really know so i've been torquing it down while its in the air
i think thats my problem but can anyone confirm?

For example when i ride over bumps my fronts make a chingy sound
i think its the sway bar jumping?
has this happen to anyone?
