Some guy posted on my site today and it turns out he draws pictures of cars. So I asked him to draw one of the S12, turns out he was already doing one, so here it is. (honestly not exactly what I was thinking)

The wheel being off is like a show thing, so you can see the hardware of the suspension (which is often painted and uses large brakes, etc).

My buddies getting his mini-truck, fully shaved and roll paned, and most of all body droped, the guy whos doing it, offered me a decent price for pancaking my 12, when I get the cash, gunna drop er 2-3 inch's, and when my buddy finally upgrades his airbags, hes offering them to me for cheap..... can any one say body drop? 4-6 months time, I'll be the first 12 to Lay Frame....ohhh godddd mmmmm, shit gotta change my pants. icon_surprised.gif

Heh ... yeah, good drawing, lame idea IMHO.

Chris ... maybe we're just getting old, but I always thought lowered mini trucks, and the whole airbag thing was a bit odd.

Trucks are for hauling shit for your car, or redneck-oriented fun.

Lowering a truck makes it a roadster that loses any of its function.

A fast truck will never hook up without cinderblocks in the back.

But hey, at least it doesn't dance ... I've seen way too many cherry cars destroyed to make lowriders. Just try and find a 64 Impala for sale that you don't have to rip 1,000lbs of frame strengthening, solenoids, electric motors, gold plated everything ...

Heh, on another note, I was at a set of lights this summer in the Charger, and white civic hatch pulled up next to me. And he started to make it wiggle. So I left foot braked it until the big block started tourquing the car back and forth. Then wupped him.

IMHO ... it better be fast, handle well if I'm putting money into it. I'd rather have a fast ratty car than a slow one that looks fast.

Heh, I've never met a girl that would consider an 80s japanese car "nice looking"

Maybe if you put a BMW or Audi badge on it. icon_wink.gif

it's true. The difference between you getting the girl and somebody else getting her may be the shiny new RSX out in the lot.
