Make S12 fast and hot. Use to fry rice. Repeat.

They had an article on it a couple months ago in one of my SAE journals. Pretty cool, but they made no mention of what it was going to be used in...

Some cool stuff in there.

Sweet. A lot of people are gonna whine about how the new gt-r looks way different and how it doesn't have a RB. 480hp ought to shut em up pretty good.

Any way you could scan in the SAE article Ron? BTW Sonetts rock.

As a memebr of SAE, I pretty much had to vow not too... Of course this does not prevent me from mentioning it to others who might find it at a library, and at which point in somehoe shows up on Club S12. It was in the Sept or October Issue of Automotive Engineering, about a 3-4 paragraph writeup on Nissan's R-D group.
Thanks
Ron

It does mention GT500 at the start so this could be the engine for the Skyline GT-R's in the JGTC - GT500 class. See www.jgtc.net for more details. But basically the engines are limited to 500ps (roughly the same as HP).
