I think Napa is catching on to me as I have taken advantage of my year warranty on my battery for the 3rd time in a month and a half.
The fusible link on the positive terminal is getting bloody hot... like.. to where it burns the piss out of you if you touch it. And to where the two connections in it have melted to it. I'm thinking that maybe there is a slight open in there that is causing it to arc over... which would explain the extreme heat.
Can I just cut the wires at that link and wire them directly to the positive terminal? that seems to be where they're going anyway.
