Exotic But Somewhat Simple Motor Swap?

give me some ideas of some somewhat easy exotic motor swaps...

here is what im thinking:

240z L24- parts might be hard to find?
280z L28ET- any wiring info to be found?

any others that are carbed?

any info would be great
