Location: Newport News Park Shelter #16
-Time: All day event after 12:00pm
When: August 28, 2010

Open to all Nissans around
I'd like to try and set up a Nissan meet August 28th in the afternoon.
Bring anything you may wanna sell, could have a little mini-swap meet aswell.
I know it's a while from now but I'm trying to get the word out to see what we can do to set up a big meet where all Nissan enthusiasts can meet, take pictures and stuff.
Also, theres gonna be a grill if we get the location so we can all have a cookout there.

I'd like to have it in the afternoon and when it gets late we can all drive out on a cruise and maybe hit up Bass Pro later that night.

Things that I need Help on

* Sponsors
* Food for people
* Help setting event up

Let me know what you guys think and if anyone would be interested in helping out in anyway. Thanks guys !

Well I just bought an 86 S-12 to be delivered from KY on Monday. Assuming I have it registered and driveable, will do my best to be there. BTW...did anyone see the blue 86 200sx on Hampton Roads craigslists in early June to be "shipped to a junkyard if no one claimed it"? By chance did anyone here snag it? I seem to recall it was being offered for about $200 for parts.

I saw that car the day it was posted and I texted him and he said it was already sold, I was gonna go get it.

and I'm not sure about the link, I'll check the original thread to see if it's changed

edited original post. evidently they're complaining about the link not working either...I don't think you 'HAVE' to sign up I think he just wanted a headcount

Heh, hood has rust, the left front fender, door, and hatch are black/dark blue, I have light blue 200SX SE rear light trim panels, panged in right rear quarter panel, rusted out portion on both lower front fenders, and the dashboard, front seats, and window visors are my only parts to the interior.

This is tomorrow. I live in Va beach and some people are meeting at the Freedom wash off holland at independence at 11am and then rolling out from there.

Should be fun times.

I don't know if I'm going. I'm putting the engine in this weekend and fabbing up most of the exhaust tonight. (Side exit FTW!) If I do go, it won't be in the S12, but I will bring my camera and mic to cover it.

Well Colin drove out but we had left by then and never met up, but anytime you wanna chill hit me up.

IDK if that one S12 that showed up was from here or not but The guy had a mint S12. Looked like it just drove out of a showroom.

did it have a turbo hood?.. sr20?.. kids on here(or dad is/was). i seen him at the local car meets when i first moved back from FL.. if its the kids im thinking of . he said he didnt know much about the car. it was his dads.

yeahh I busted my ass to make that trip on time too, I missed it by like...half an hour lol.

ended up chillen at a gas station with a small group of guys who missed it too hahah, an r32 gtr and an sr20 swapped G20
