So I am involved in the aviation feild. Woohoo... not realy, planes are gay and can't be stanced but thats beside the point. Been taking a class in turbines and I keep passing by these cowlings with louvers on them and I just keep getting these killer ideas for them for the s12... I noticed an old A/C system for my house is just covered in lovers. I was thinking on putting some on the hood or maybe rat rod style on the trunk/boot. Maybe adjustable ones for winter or when it rains.

Kinda courious what you guys think...

pics so you get an idea what i am talking about:

This.

Too much will really kill it
Too little will be good accents
Just right, will look great and perform quite good.

Louver size will be a large factor in this.

I was thinking of doing 2 lines down my hood on the exhaust side. It's a hot spot and think it would be a good place to reroute air away from the master cylinder.

somthing like this..

I like, especially if it's a million small louvers, compare to 5 to 10 large ones per row.
Function, could look good, and fresh.

You can totally triforce

And put some on your fenders.

Like they had on the BMW Z3 Maytag Edition. I think it would be sick man. More importantly functional.

If true, I like you more
