I'm a full time student doing mechanical engineering at technical university of denmark (28 hours) and working as part time computer technician. We got worlds highest paying state educational support, so I could live with that alone, but choose to work to save up some.
What is your job $$?
kelso840 on 02:54:20 PM / 01-Oct-10I just got a job at Olive Garden as a saute chef. This is after I told myself, "You're never working in food again." It's hot hectic work, but I need a boost fund.
Lol I used to work at olive garden as a server....
an IT Professional before I lost my job in vegas, I moved to Central Oregon for my own computer IT / repair company with an ol client as a partner.
I am a maintenance tech at the local Hyundai Dealership (we also service lincoln/mercury, and mitsubishi). ASE cert a1-a6, took the hunter alignment seminar, and just got back from chicago, and now am a bronze (lol) level hyundai tech.
I do make decent money, considering my position. It can only get better.
I am a customer service rep for a textbook company. I've been here for about a year now and its pretty cool. The pay isn't great, but the job is cake. Also, since I am a student as well, I get free books while I am in school and they have no problem working around my school schedule and let me keep my health benefits even though I don't work a lot of hours.
Currently a Crew Chief in the Air Force enlisted. Working on my bachelors in professional aeronautics and on the side working for my a&p. Don't exactly earn a ton of money, but benefits are amazing. Probably going to be a lifer.
get in the zone
someone needs to hook me up with a job yo.
Management with UPS. Been with them for 6 years now. Was a Medic in the Air Force for 9 years before that, stationed at Travis afb, CA and Macdill afb, FL.
Speaking of lifers, I should of stayed in....I'd be close to retirement by now
I'm currently working at Target (yeah...I'm THAT cool!) as a Signing Specialist. Sounds like an important job...but it isn't. Basically I hang all the promotional shit from the ceilings (like when you enter the door, etc), along with all the other random little signs and whatnot. I also get to sort through 5,000 sale tags every week for the weekly ad.
Spend the rest of my time at a horse boarding farm. That's actually pretty nice since I get to be outdoors, get some exercise, and hit on all the HOT college girls who keep their horses there. evillaugh
So I pretty much work between 15 and 18 hours a day, 6 or 7 days a week. Thank God I dropped out of college all those years ago.......... rolleyes2

I worked at a company called AISEN (now ADVICS) making Toyota brakes. I will be a Certified Medical Assistant this spring (CMA).
Low voltage/control wiring technician.
I solder circuits, pull cable and terminate millions of 18 gauge wires every day. Currently working on contract.
Mechanical Engineering major at the University at Buffalo. Graduating in the spring, our tech fair is in an hour and a half actually, and I'm going to try to land an internship for the spring semester(since I'll only be taking 2 easy classes, this is practically my last semester). I need to get some experience before graduation so I can actually go out and get a job.
Kind of coincidental to see this thread now since I'm literally about to walk out the door with my suit on, a smile on my face, and a folder full of a bunch of copies of my resume.
