Yes, the wheels are sweet! If you're going to go cheap with no shine, at least rattle can it in a different color other than flat black (played out and increase heat). Also would suggest an engine swap for drifting. The CA20E will last about 5 minutes till *POP*  yelling other than that, plans look good and best of luck to you!

I'm thinking about a gold color but I wanna be different you know? What color should I go with.  Oh and yea that's for sure I have an sr. I'm putting together that should be in next month. What do you ride man.

Your already different enough driving an s12 so regardless of whatever color you decide on you'll still stick out like a sore thumb, don't worry.

Thanks hotdog man I just I'm not sure to keep the trim black or paint it the same color
2toneSilviaNov 2, 2010, 5:42 pm · #22

If you're thinking gold, I would suggest "Pebble Beige". It is a factory 89' 240SX color. My S13 is Super White/ Pebble Beige 2 tone. I love the color and compare it to Champagne. If money is an issue, they sell rattle can versions of Nissan factory code paint @ O'Reiley Auto Parts. If that's what you do, be careful of tiger stripes. Do panel by panel. I like drift cars to look decent as well, just my 2 cents. As far as S12's go, I rock a stock (@ the moment) 87' SE.

Wow that color is amazing I like. Ahhhh good memories I had a hatch that white with the silvia s13 front end. These cars are great. And by panel what do you mean exactly? Do I primer and than paint? Like regular with rims?

StephenGNov 2, 2010, 7:27 pm · #24

Hey man, I'm just outside of Dallas and still haven't found myself a 12. Good find, they are damn rare out here. Drop me a line anytime if you need some help with it, I'd love to see it in person Smiley

I love the two tone white/gold! And by panel, he means do each section of the car one by one, ie front fender, then door, then hood, etc...

newby200sxNov 2, 2010, 7:46 pm · #25

Lol i know I found it in euless i kept passing it on my way to wrk I saw that it had a for sale sign but never really paid attention to it till I sold my 240. Than I was like man I miss it so I was like it looks like an ae and I went up to it and it said s12 on the for sale sign I was like what!?!?!?!?!?!! Not knowing. They even existed it was awesome. So I bought it a.s.a.p 1200 cash running with the meshes. And fo sho man I'll be dropping the sr in next month for sure
