If you can, get to a decent shop that has floor models you can try out, then pick the one that fits your posterior best. That's the only sure way.

Personally, I really like Kirkey seats; on the website they look strange without covers installed but with the cover on they are obscenely comfortable and supportive. I used to co-race a Merkur with Model 47 Road Race Intermediates and the seat was like it was constructed specifically for me. Bonus: they're relatively cheap.

Bride seats are never a poor investment, but are very expensive if you want an authentic seat.

Brides are nice, I even have a knockoff maxxis iii and its not to bad. The only reclinable seats I've tried are recaro s and they have been great and super comfortable, sat in them for at least 4 + hours straight and were nice
