Need a part for Rhode Island

I have contacted this company and they have a MKII red front bumper assembly. The only bad thing is that they wont ship it. I was wondering if anyone out in the area would be willing to grab it and freight it over to Washington state. Paypal of course would be used to pay for the bumper itself and freight costs. But trying to see how much they want first and go from there.
