It's a 5 speed with a ka24e. It is not currently running and not totally sure why. Just turns over but doesn't start ( timing or compression?) Tan with tan/gray interior. I am wanting to trade for a 200sx or pretty much anything running and driving. Asking $1500 but throw me an offer. Would rather trade then sell. Email me at [email removed] or text me if you have an offer or trade. [phone removed] I am located in Lebanon Oregon. Can send pictures. Might trade for other things then a running vehicle.

I'm sure it'll be easier to sell it to some fanboi then trading it for an s12....goodluck with sale though
Yeah that is true and thanks. I figured I would post it here though. The problem is I don't see any s12 *coupes* for sale on craigslist currently.

Mostly looking for a notch/coupe if I can be picky lol but wouldn't mind a hatch with any motor in it other than the c20 unless it's clean

Honestly if you don't plan to swap the motor and just wanna keep it stock I'd take the ca20e over the ca18et for a daily. Most stock ca18et's are haggard and worn out from 25+ years of non intercooled boost and abuse. Obviously the vg30e would be the ideal way to go for a reliable daily but considering their usually higher price (and rarity) that probably isn't gonna fall in your lap.
I highly doubt I would be able to get a se. I would plan on swapping a ka or 18det in it eventually ( maybe a VG) That is if I even get a s12. I hope though

Another Cutter blue SE
that se has been up for quite some time now....
Yes sir, but never nor less there is S12's for sale and around on the west coast. Especially the rare SEv6 for sale.
I was just pointint out that i'm surprised nobody has jumped on it...
I knew about the se for sale but I am looking for one in the pnw and around $1000 that isn't a major project like my last s12. That se is pretty nice though
Man shit has changed. I paid 500 for my s12 with a rebuilt ca and working air conditioning in ~2004. I remember actually seeing 200's driving around. I haven't seen one in years!
I know most of you don't know me, but I've been around here for a wile, I forgot my old user name and adress so I made a new account.
Since I first came to this site, people have been saying asking prices are to high, but now I think they are about where they should be. Although not where I or everybody else thats been into s12's for a wile would like them to be.
I don't know if it's the value of the dollar or the fact that recently these cars are becoming scarce.
On another note, look at all the people that want 1000plus dollars for a s13 SHELL. Now that is rediculous imo. I would also never pay 1000 plus dollars for a non-running unknown mechanical issue, 20 plus year old anything. Unless it's a damned rare car, or needs little for a guarenteed fix.
There are just to many god damn cars in america to have to pay out the ass for a used up mass produced japanese bucket.
Ok I'm done ranting....
The cost of 240sx are high because of the "drift tax". A couple months ago I sold a stripped but clean 240 shell with no title for $600. I have noticed the price of s12s going up if you can find a decent one.
Yeah, as they appear in the drift world they seem to get really rare now and the price is going up due to the "want" in the drift world now. Almost want to get a 240sx now as a drift slut and just work on restoring this s12.
I've also noticed that 240's have skyrocketed in prices.
I paid $1500 for my 4th one back in 2007, and that was a 5 speed DOHC with power everything. I guess the days of $300 shells with a motor laying outside of the car are gone...
I traded the 240 for a z32 tt that needs a new head gasket. Came with a pair of greddy trust head gaskets.Talk about a good trade! Lol Still wouldn't mind trading the 300zx for a good s12
I only paid $500 for fully loaded s13 vert out of a salvage yard.
