Yeah but if the cop sees a huge ass engine in there that obviously doesn't belong, he's gonna pull you over for illegal modifications. Nevada is more lax than Cali but not regulation-free.

negative sir the cops dont really care whats under the hood unless you driving a honda then they pull you over to see if its stolen. we got a guy that drives his big block (yes i said big block) rx7 around with the intake and carbs that sit outside the hood extremely noticeable cops don't give him a second glance

Or what I should say is it may be a regulation but it is not enforced by any-means cops really don't give a shit about what is done to your car unless you drive a honda the only car enthusiasts they harrass are honda owners because of the amount of theft...
