Anyone have any info on the S12 in this video?

Drifting in Poland. There's an S12 at about the 45 second mark. Caught me by surprise lol. Wondering if anyone knows anymore info on the car, would like to know what all has/had been done. I'm Polish myself, it's exciting for me to know that my country is becoming pretty big for drifting in Europe.

Never seen it....

10minutes of googling leads me to believe Jerzy Teclaw drove it in 2012...  Looks like he's now in something else.

I don't recognise the name as I'm from New Zealand, but maybe you guys do.
