Unfortunately, there were only three S12's for this years JCCS. However, there were quite a few S12 owners that came by to check out the show and of course, they all stopped by to discuss their latest projects.

This is Ricky's 87 coupe who is a regular at most of the popular car shows and the S12 meets.
Mike (far left) is the original owner of a 1981 200sx, Ricky (third from left) is the original owner of the 87 coupe and on the far right is Waylon, also known as IggyEguana on the S-12 forum.
To our surprise, my wife took first place for Best Datsun - 80's!

Who would ever think that a CA20e would beat out an SR20DET? Just goes to show that it's not just about the power but, the originality of the car. For this show, judges look for the most stock vehicles in it's original form. It may have helped when the judges found out we were the original owners as well. As always, this award goes out to the entire S12 community. S12 for Life!
