s12 4th cylinder misfire only

hey i'm having the issue of a 4th cylinder misfire that has persisted through spark plugs plug wires coil packs injectors and timing adjustments looking for any help possible or any ideas of what may fix it

First things first...... How did you diagnose #4 as the problem? What engine and year?
