hmm.. i'm not exactly sure because it'd be different for you since you've got the CA20E (mine is on the VG)..

hopefully one of the CA20 guys will respond

You can buy new cheap universal APC ones from Pep Boys or any other place that sells APC......like Walmart, or Autozone to name a few.....and their only like 25-30 dollars. I personally wouldn't buy anything that comes in a APC box...but hey thats just me. But yes.....cheap cone filters are out there.....just search on ebay for "universal cone filters"

I'me not sure if you guys have Canadian Tire down there (being Canadian Tire) but I picked up a Ractive cone filter for about 20$ cdn. Try Wal-Mart or something like that.

Yeah the Ractive ones are pretty good. I have one of their sheilded cone filters being used outside of the engine bay as a cold air intake setup....routed down behind the bumper....and the shield keeps the filter dry during rain and from splash back from the front tire......haven't had any water ingestion yet with it......and i've been using it for about 3 years...and most of this time was in Florida.
Kinda of wierd, but Circut City also is a Ractive (Tucan Industries) dealer.
