i know this is taking me forever to post all this stuff but i have been really busy and to be honest i havent seen much interest in it. anyways i plan on making a website soon detailing everything, but for now here are a few pics of the rear of my car before it was done, i mean it was drivable in the pictures just not painted.... any comments would be apretated... (for anyone confused, i did a front and rear s13 coilover swap into my s12, they aare tein HE's built for drifting.)

I just made a thread called "rear s13 coilovers on our s12's". And all i got was negative responses. "the gemetry will be ruined", "the car cant take it".

Im still planning on doing it though so let me know hows it feel man? plz write back with some details.

Looks good, main questions, will you bracing the new strut towers to each other or anything else? And will the shock mounts take the stress of putting the weight of the car on em, have you done anything to them?

well, it is only my opinion, but i did a fair amount of planning and i think it is more then strong enough. im not an engineer, but like i said, i did put alot of time into it, i due plan on bracing the two together with a custom strut tower bar soon, i have driven the car for a month or so now and it is very strong, and i am very happy with it, thanks for your interset guys, i will be doing a full write up and posting it on a site i create dedicated to my s12 and drifting very soon ;)

Nice, if i was confident when i did my IRS conversion i probably would have done somthing similar but to many unknowns structurally for me to risk it i thought. I mean drift spec coilovers will start to tear apart a standard S13 shell (probably S12 shell) after a while if you don't be carefull, just make sure it's all suitably gussetted and braced and it should be ok tho.
i like it though, looks neat on top.

I thought of doing the same thing a while ago, like many have but didn't have the balls to try. Do you have pictures of how the car sits? Any camber or toe problems? Any other info would be great.
