Well everyone, some of you know me others dont. I just got my silvia back from my dad this past weekend. Man I almost cried when I seen it, my dad neglected the car. the vg runs like shit now the paint is messed up from the hurricans in florida and the interior is fuked. my dad left the sunroof open during one of the 4 hurricans and the interior got soaked, messed up my deck too man im pissed. my dad weighs 330 lbs and before the rear shocks we going like anyother 16yo car so i had some replacements sitting in the hatch which he didnt install riding around for 6 mo on springs my driveer side seat is broken from his weight the metal snapped at the right side. the cars dirty hasnt had a bath in ages. im asking for help with cheap parts so i can bring the car back to the way it was please any help would be appreacited

Agreed, Id kick my dads ass!

Prob is my dad luvs cars and is a clean freak so I doubt this would ever happen! :)

Sorry to hear about that, oshag. Sounds like grounds for disowning a family member to me. What parts do you need first? I would guess that the highest priorities would be getting the motor running right, and making the interior habitable so you can drive the thing.

yes fixing the motor and getting a new driverside seat so i could drive with back support

Sorry to hear about that, oshag. Sounds like grounds for disowning a family member to me. What parts do you need first? I would guess that the highest priorities would be getting the motor running right, and making the interior habitable so you can drive the thing.

No, you don't have to. They may be sagging a bit, but it's not hurting anything to not replace them.
