10 psi at idle
45 at like 4,000 rpms

MAybe we should post which engine we have to.
Vg30E about 30 PSI Idle
about some where near 60 psi at 4000 rpm stock gauge. Its kinda hard to tell exactly with the stock guage. Half way says 60 psi and the last is 120 PSI on the guage so I am assuming the notches are in 30 psi incriments. And at idle its just around the first notch, and at about 4000 its just below the middle notch.

Yeah, my VG is about the same, except at startup it shows 90psi.

Mines running on old oil, I need to get it changed. Mine probably would be to with some fresh oil.

on my VG it is ALWAYS at the first notch (which i thought was like 40psi)

At idle 15-30 psi depend on the type of driving and 60 at 3000-4000 revs.
With my own oil cooler upgrade.

yeah ok good i thougt my oil pump was bad since i was running 20 psi at idle and 40-55 floring it

30-40 idle
60 flooring.
Sometimes drops to 40 light driving.

60ish at idle...90-120 moving pretty good (75mph+)
