Ok guys...after much thinking and deliberation, it's time to sell her...yes, the "black knight". :-|

I actually do not want to sell her by any means, but after thinking about it, there are many reasons why I should.
Anyway, so it sucks for me to have to actually post this thread (never thought I would) but here I am...yay...

Black/Silver 200sx SE V6
5spd
Miles: don't really know because guage clusters have been switched out for testing purposes, prob. around 200k.
Everything works, most items have been replaced or upgraded since I've owned it.

I'll get current pictures up sometime.

I'm posting here as well as in local papers for around $3000...gotta start somewhere I guess.

This is a sad day in S12 country. PLease make sure that the future owner will give the car the respect it deserves...:(

I forgot to say, but I WILL own another S12, and I'm going to do everything in my power to keep track of it, and maybe even buy this one back in the future...
but yes, it is a sad day...

edit (after thinking): I'm actually very eager to sell it to someone on the forum...in fact, I think I'll make it exclusive to you guys. That's the only way I can feel good about this I think. :|

$2500, and I'm only advertising on this forum. I'll keep it like this unless no one buys it, then I'll go to autotrader or something. (don't make me do that!)

Don't sell it to anybody who will abuse it...please...

It really depends on how long you have before you absolutely need to get rid of it...I still need to gather some of the cash...plus a 1 way plane ticket...

Hah, do it! It's fun. Not only do you get a new car out of the deal, but you get a fun road trip across the states. Then you can take pictures and post them here. ;)

Yeah and Camron's SE is cleeeeean, so if any S12 can make the journey, his can!

Do it!

Actually Jason, you summed up some of my thinking on your cardomain page...

"I am thinking I'll stick in a CA18ET longblock and go back to lower compression and 1.8 liters. I am still interested in the FJ but with the recent research I've done on my Z's L28ET, it's a tough call, since both cars are lightweight and the L28ET is already there in the Z, with excellent compression and a great shifting transmission (I love that Borg-Warner T5!). Also, parts for the L28ET are more available. The thing that still tempts me towards the FJ is the underdog status of both the engine and the S12 car itself. The 280ZX Turbos are more known. Plus people will respect a 4 cyllinder that puts down 300+hp over a 6 cyllinder that does the same. Plus an FJ underhood will make me look cooler than the DOHC Hachis they like to show off at the drift competitions. So who knows. If the right deal comes along I will consider the FJ of course over an all-out L28ET 280ZXT.

At least either way, both are RWD, and BOTH are Nissans :D"

The underdog way of thinking still appeals to me so much, I can't let it go. Again, I will have another S12 one day. Hopefully one with an FJ and one with a VG. :p
