Any of you SR guys get any pics of the motor before you put it in? I need some shots of where the motor mounts bolt up. I've got a FWD block, and I'd like to see exactly what the difference in the castings is. Also I'd like to see if the oil pans are different.
I already know the distributor and water passages are in the wrong place... :laugh:
I have lots of pics just can put them up becasue they are to big, and i suck and dont know how to resize them.....
As for the oil pan its for sure in a different position, im not 100% sure if its the same size though. Best place to ask is the NICO forum. If i cant get these pictures resized or get a buddy to host them i will put them up for you.

Alright, thanks guys. Now when you say the oil pan, you do mean basically the whole lower half of the block, right? Since it's got the tiny little steel oil pan, then the large aluminum (I call it the lower block since it's not really a pan) structural piece. I would guess I would need both of those pieces. Hmmm, that might be a little hard to find... :mrgreen:
