I know where there is one of those sitting in a junkyard that is probably 100% complete.

Ehhh you guys are rice, that thing is beautiful, not by today's standard but by yesterday's. It's fawking museum quality, not just "100% complete". It looks like it rolled off the assembly line last week. It's LEATHER (or appears to be).

I like the tail lights. And if I had 3 grand I would buy it.

Now Arro you can't deny that the 77-79 200SX's styling was......."quirky", even by '70s standards. That was a big reason for its relatively poor sales and the fact that they are so much rarer these days than other imports from the same time such as 210's, Celicas, 'Rollas, etc.

Of course, as die-hard 200SX fans, we will tend to accept the S10's looks as "classic beauty", or uniqueness, whereas many people whose impression is not skewed by loyalty to the nameplate will see the car as quite ugly, perhaps even hideous.

I dunno, that is one goofy lookin vehicle, and I'm old-school to the teeth. Definitely nice for a collection, rather not be seen in it.

I can say that although I don't mind the style of it, I would take my Celica over it in a heart beat...Toyota was miles ahead of Nissan in that year...

i'm with you on this one; the s10's styling is not for everybody.

I like it, thats a real nice looking car. Don't know If I would have paid that kinda money for it though. I would want something newer.

I honestly think it is the most beautiful car ever produced. It looks even better with the JDM mirrors out on the fenders.

I know of a 200SX in a junkyard up north. It is the previous model to the S10/S110. I think its the CSP something or other. The entire car is there minus wheels. But looks like it would need a full restoration, worth more than any of our cars.

By the way, I don't think that is an S10 for sale. its the S110. due to the fact it doesn't have a rotary engine... Or did I just not read something about the car?

I'm diggin' the interior ... Very nice for a 70's car ...

I've never been a fan of the S10. Every time I see one, it makes me want to hurl. The thing is just hideous. But, that's just my opinion. I know a lot of people that don't really care for the looks of the S12, but I really appreciate the classic beauty of the S12. To each their own.

cls12vg30date not saved · #19

Nah the S110 is the 80-83. The S11 was the rotary model produced around 79-80, with the same body style as the S110. The 77-79 is the S10.
