very similar to the turbo XS design I have seen before. there is a WRX driving around campus with the XS bov on his car. Sounds very very nice. Loud as all get-out.

its really not a flange but rather just a piece 1inch wide steel that you weld to the pipe and then that slips into the bottom of the bov and is secured with some screws..

How come you had to cut the spring? Was the spring to stiff and not 'dumping'?

ya the spring was way tight so i cut 3coils off and that gave me enough adjustability to get it to blow off

I think I may have to do the same with my Blitz Super Sound BOV.

I think they are adjustable at above 1psi..... not sure tho.

wow 45 psi rating? rad man.... oh and how is the fuel rail and regulator project coming, bart? I was looking on n12turbo.com and I'm was thinking... "why don't we have aftermarket support like that?" i mean these guys have companies that make parts for that dinky e15 turbo and we have what... like nothing out there, it's not fair they're even into the 11's... i wish we had companies that had stroker kits for us and intake manis and fuel upgrades... then we'd be able to smoke mostly anything out there! so much potential in the ca18et yet there is that stock fuel system that's holding the motor back.

well i stil need to find a nice cheap fpr and then its done... now as far as aftermarket.... it will take people like us that love this car too modify it to the best we can from the help of those who actually design stuff for our car and then when we have enough attention from others and people(mags, racers, etc) see the poterntial of the car we willl have aftermarket it may just take a few more years... personally i dont mind waiting since me and all of us here right now will always be the pioneers of this car getting fame...

i get a nice ppppsssssssssttttttt if you are getting a surging sound then your spring is to tight so loosen the top of the bov or cut a coil off the spring
