on my car that i have recently bought i figured out the cruise doesnt work
there is no vacume line igoing any were near
There is a pump on the passenger side(US) There is a line with a little thing comin off it. It was unplugged i plugged it in and it started pumpin
im guesing this was for the cruise
because vacume is lost when boost kicks
any way i was wondering if this was suppose to be on all the time and what not. Or just when the cruise is on. i really cant figure this out by myself please help me

i think the best idea is to pitch the cruz, it just takes up space and weight, thats what i did and i love looking into my engin compartment a lot more now. and it is easyer to work on the exhaust/turbo

ok so i know what it is now but my other question is is it suppose to be running all the time or not. I plugged it in while the car was running and it wouldnt shut off. If it is working right ill just run a new line.
I can see where they cut both ends.

no the pump should only run on/off while key is in theon position and also when engine running or in boost

there is a vacuum line that goes into it ... if you unplug it, the pump will just run nonstop.
