car weight around 2600 lbs for hatch and stock boost is 7 psi. s12 is a fatty car...ae86 weight around 2200 lbs

I thought S12's weigh about 3100 lbs. (well for my 84 notchback with SRA it says on the door jamb plate.)

But I know AE86's weigh about 2300-2600 lbs.

The numbers on the door plate are GVWR - Gross Vehicle Weight Rating.  That is the weight limit the manufacturer suggests not going past.  In other words, if you starting loading your car up to go camping, or move, or whatever, you shouldn't go past that weight.  It has nothing to do with how much the car weighs.

without any intercooling, max suggested boost is 10 psi.

with a good intrecooling you can go up to 15 psi I think. but at that leve it's pushing the limit on a stock engine. and I think you need to have it tuned with wide band too to be safe.

and use the highest octane available if you love your engine.
