just wanted to know if it can be done? and if its a wise ideal or not? any advantages versus disadvantages?

Well it can be done, only it wouldn't really achieve anything...

A valve that's matched to your application (Boost/vacuum pressure, desired sound, single/sequential whatever...) will be guaranteed to be better than two that aren't. I would consider an additional valve as another potential leak/weakness in the piping system, plus if the two were not quite matched, only one might actuate at a time, and even if both opened, I would suspect that they would only open half as much as if there was only one...

Make sense?

my mate s12 was running 38psi and one blow off valve was not enough so he put another one of the same type after the intercooler now every things all good (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

might help if you need it. if your getting compressor surge with one BOV, a second one could help relieve it.

and ive seen it done, although it coulda been for show.

basically, 2 BOVs can let more air out at once than a single BOV, its just common sense.

I've only seen it done on either twin turbo setups with twin intercooler pipe systems, or when AFM cars need to recirculate some of the air back in for proper metering, and letting the rest out for performance.... that's a DSM thing. Does it work? Sure, you have to play with the tension on the springs independently, but yeah it works. I've also seen

Do you need it? Not unless you're running a shitload of boost and an HKS or GReedy or whatever isn't flowing enough. Usually it's not flowing enough because someone didn't adjust the tension properly. One is, for 90% of people, plenty, and I would guess for ALL of the people on here *presently*, all they need. Nobody here is running a badass enough turbo (or the fuel and other supporting mods) to justify it IMO.
