Use the standard CA20, CA18 or VG30 power steering pump. Use what ever pump was on the standard engine in your car. Make some brackets. Buy a belt. You might have to get some new line made but you never know. You might get lucky and the standard ones might fit as well.

I can bet all of them did. My fj20 did have power steering (i do have the pump, it is different from the ca18det for sure, dont know about other engines).
Thou i myself would like to get rid of the power steering, because the steering seemed to be preaty light without it (we did some towing since my car is still not in a running condition). Anybody has any ideas how to do that (i could just disscont the lines of course, but im afraid that the steering might become heavy, because i would have to keep the steering fluid inside, and it means that i would have to move it miself while turning the wheel)?

Not in Australia, we mostly got shit pov packs, so power steering is fairly rare here!!, (I had to convert mine to power steer, and I had to look very hard to find a rack.)

That's wierd that your steering was light. Mine is perfect to me. Just barely helps with turning at all.

What i meant to say that without powersteering it was light enought for me, so baiscly the power steering then is uselles and i would want to get rid of it (less complexity less to go wrong more space under the hood and so on), but i thought that all s12 came with it so there was no unassited steering racks, guess i was wrong... So now ill just need to source out a steering rack without powersteering

My conversion was because I'm old and tired and have a semi locked VLSD rear so it helps when I'm parking in car parks!
