Ive noticed this on another s12....and mine has the same issue......but it wants to fold underneath....there are a few tabs under the front of the front lip....should there be some form of brace??

EternalSwapApr 6, 2008, 4:37 am · #2

Facotry they came with a brace, but it was like 4655345324 guage steel and blew fat choade. So, just get some like bar stock, drill holes, and then fuck bitches. You're done

Yeah there was a threada while back someone was selling a lip supporter thingy. Just simple stuff you could easily make yourself.

Search "saggy lip" or something similar.

caraudiofoolery sold them awhile ago, so look up his threads and see how he made them

and when you are done with that you can put up sweet bookshelves.

Or better yet, return it to the store since the barcode sticker is still on there (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) J/K

That looks like it gets the job done.....thats all that matters

Haha I got sick of trying to get it to work....I had bought the wrong one earlier, and while removing all of the original stuff I had cut my hands(not anything big just the little annoying ones that burn to the touch)

The hardest part about it however was tring to put them together. If you can see in the second picture how they are stacked together, that was the rough part, you do have to drill another hole on the bar in the middle, where the passenger side hooks up at. Its really not hard its just tedious......but well worth it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
