What kinda oil and tranny fluid you guys using?! anyone find a specific type particularly great?!?!
I wanna get some oil while my valve covers are off and put a lil on the cams etc

i run shella rotella 10w-40 motor oil and redline 75-90 in the transmission.
no problems so far. although its only been 250 miles. but every i know with ca's runs the same with no problems.

running syn 20-50 motor oil, sta-lube 75/90

Redline MT-90 did wonders on my transmission.

if you're just lubing the cams for initial startup, there is a white petroleum based product that you can get from most parts stores. I forget its name, but its not too expensive, and blends with the oil.

I use redline MTL because was the only GL-4 redline they had. But it is great
