If I take my R200 longneck and gut it, then throw in a Z32 VLSD carrier, which output shafts will I need to use and will I have to use different axles?
Exactly what procedure should I use for shimming?

Diffy Guts Swap And Axles Help
Aren't Z32's a completely different diff size, like R230 or R280?
Z32-TTs have R230s. The NA have the shortnose r200.
Also search for the VLSD information. It's already been posted. You can use your existing R200 housing and put the Z32NA VLSD and make custom axles.
Since I'm nice:
All you need to do is find the thread for this info. I just happened to stumble upon this saved picture on my photobucket so I decided to post it here.
I welded part of the Z32 long input shaft to the outter CV shaft of an S12, after I had them machined to fit to gether perfectly. I also had a peice of polycarbonate machined for the inside bumper in the CV.
Not advised but do-able. So-far; no failure.

I didn't get a very good shot; camera phone and a single LED key chain flash light.
. Maybee the grease boot. That little ring thing is from the Z32 diff cover. Where the magnetic pickup for the ABS used to be. I used that cover cause it had cooling fins.
Well anyway you could see that I used the outside of the CV on the inside. Like I said before I had them machined so I could weld them together straight. That outside CV is like a 1/4 all the way around in thickness. The inside is machined through where there's three large notches in it. That's why I chose the outside. The outside CV section of the S12 has six bolts; three groups of two. You can see that those holes are welded solid in the pic; I welded the F*%K outta that thing!
There was a temporary aluminum plug that was used for alighnment during welding that go removed. The was a small hole drilled straight in to the center of the Z32 section to center the aluminum plug. Later that hole was used to mount a nylon(polycarbonate in my case) bumper.
The inside part is from the Z32 non-turbo, the longer snout/spline section. It had the 5-bolt flange section milled off.
I also had to machine a bumper for in there. The outside has a spring, the inside a bumper.
