S12 - Grand Prix Version.. ???

never heard of a "Grand Prix" version before...

but ooo.. look at those fenders in the first few mins of the video...

I'd give up body parts off me for those!!! (Left and right!)

Anyone have any info on those..? Yeah, I know, I'll never find them anywhere, and Im still gonna have to fab up my own baody kit to get anyting near what I want, but Im still curious as hell on em!!

cant make out what the speedo says, but it gets burried, more or less..

50 of them produced and sold in europe and possibly russia. Sold with both ca18et and fj20 engines and besides the wide front, rear, sills and gotti wheels, they were no different than any other s12. Oh another steering wheel as well. They were produced after nissan won rallye (safari?).

I know I seen one on youtube before in a slide.. just always though it was a custom fab kinda thing, but then when I seen this, I was like "...Waaaaait just ONE MINUTE!!! WTF is goin on here!!!"

Soo.. who do I gotta *Ahem* to get one of those models... only 50 you say... ?

(And murder is bad, and I dont do the other option for *AHEM* that popped into 85% of peoples heads when they read that... hehehe)

Someone on here is fabbing the kits. Same with on the UK site. They are pretty expensive though.

I'm feelin them flares! Looks kinda like the Zender kit for 24v Sciroccos... Rear quarter feels kinda starion-ish too... I'd rock one!

well I could give 'em a try if I ever got my hands on a full set of fenders...and if they don't work...well then I'm sure someone on here would like my mudflaps.

I've come up with a mental image of how i want my nissy to look.
Sort of a cross between GP fenders and the race version car hehe (The name for some reason escapes me.. Im sure you've all seen and know the white and yellow car racing s12 Im talkin about..)

I've come up with a sure fire way to do the front splitter, a general idea on the size and shape n form of the fenders/ side pannels, even how I want the body lines to flow, and a basic Idea on how to go about it all..

Of course, I dont know jack about forming body pannels.. might waste quite a bit of metal figuring it out.. hahaha.

Seems like that car has some nasty ride issues, ol'boy can't even hold the camera steady. And there is a nasty sounding rattle in the background, sorta like suspension rattle when he goes over bumps.
