Where can I find some used parts? I've called around to find a bone yard, but no luck.

I'm located in the north Seattle. There is Felton's in Snohomish but their prices seem a bit high. (Not totally opposed to buying from them if they are my only option.)

I have a bad passenger side wiper. The pivot is stripped. (It's the part that the wiper arm connects to.) I need some other parts too.

Thanks,

Neil

Think he's lookin' for yards.

Do you guys have pick a part? Pull a part? Pick your part? ecology? Any of those names. DO a google for junkyards in your area. Or a couple googles to find if there are pick your own parts places or just pre pulled places.

Google. Its your friend.

sometimes its hard to find a yard with an s12 up here....but if you do find one in a yard...chances are parts havent been taken off of it as nobody knows wtf it is...and hey look underneath that pile of 13 cars....its a s13 with coils...lets go snatch that up!

I called around to the yards and one place across the sound had a s12. Sadly it was scheduled to be crushed the next day, and they told me that the part I needed was broken.

The dealer did a search for me and found one in Tennessee. $63. plus shipping. They told me that this part is not used in any other nissan. I replaced it and boy is the wiper linkage hard to get to. I took off the hood so I could reach the parts more easily. All this trouble for one little part, but now I have two working wipers!

Thanks for the all the info.
