Okay, so i just got my new lightweight flywheel,
and i noticed that the surface that the clutch grabs onto, is on a slight angle..

Almost like if they would have mounted the flywheel on an angle on the lathe.

What gives? or is that supposed to be like that? Its very slight... defect? or is that supposed to be like that?

no angles. For the KA, it's not a stepped flywheel, and it's straight and true. out of trueness means bad things to tranny input bearing and shaft

I emailed the guy.. and he just pushed me off, reassuring me that it has been scanned, and xrayed, and machined on hi-tech computer controlled lathes..

Should i install it? hmm.. Its totally flat flush on one side, and about the with of 2 papers on the other side of the flywheel.
Will it make a difference? Im extreamly tight on time.
