so i looked around and found a couple roundabout answers (mostly pertaining to ca20et builds), but i wanted a bit more direct.
What kinda options are there for better Ecu tunes? can you keep a stock one? or does that require a obd hookup of sorts? or is the only choice some thing along the lines of megasquirt? (still learning basics) : / thanks guys. : )
There was some ROM work done with the ca18et's ECU, but nothing much really came of it, and it doesn't apply to the ca20 (computers are different).
In the case of those two engines, really something like megasquirt is the way to go.
The VG at least has some options...
I dont remember exactly but if i recall the ecu from a ca20e stanza can be tuned
so what exactly is tuning an ecu please
