I'm having a issue with stumbling after deceleration. Has anyone had a similar issue?

I'm having a similar issue.  It tends to happen after the car has been driven for awhile and I do something crazy, drift a corner, shift off of redline, etc.  Basically anything hard or crazy with the clutch and the next time the clutch goes in it'll start bogging out.  I have to hold the revs up to keep it from stalling out, then it's fine after about 30 sec of holding it.  Cleaning the IACV did help with the idle falling off when the clutch is pushed in.  No vacuum leaks either, I replaced all of the hoses before the engine went in.  Right now I'm in the process of removing the timing chain guides and oiling up the tensioner.  Also have a refurb'd set of injectors from detschwerks and a new exedy oem clutch.  I never cracked the tranny and block apart when I got this motor off of CL so who knows what shape all of that is in.  I've also changed out the 2 wire coolant temp sensor which seemed to help with idle stability/surging after being warmed up.  Cleaned the maf and all of the efi harness connectors, which didn't really help.  The ecu isn't throwing any codes so it's kinda become a wild goose chase for me at this point.  I'm doing the guides, injectors and clutch all this week/end so I'll update you if any of those one things help or not.
