Doesn't idle, runs super rich after replacing coolant lines and deleting egr

Hey guys, I am absolutely stuck on this thing, I popped a hole in a coolant line under the intake a couple days ago, so I ended up removing the intake to get to it.  I got rid of the egr at the same time, I welded a washer into the flare nut that threads into the block, filled the hole up and made a little plate that bolts over the hole on the intake. Put it all back together, and she doesn't want to even think about running properly at all, I have to hold my foot on the floor as soon as it starts to get it to a max of 3000 ish rpm, and below that it just bogs and stalls and blows a ton of grey smoke.  It ran perfectly fine before taking it apart.  I know these things are super sensitive to vacuum line changes and what not, but all the vacuum holes I know of are plugged or used.  Also unplugging ANY of the sensors doesn't change a thing.  Any ideas? Also if anyone knows what the main sensors are that it needs to run that info would be great.  I've been trying everything I can think of for 3 days straight and it's still not working.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks in advance!

Possibly a big vacuum leak after the MAF? mine did all that except for the grey smoke part when i had my pcv hose unplugged on accident

I fixed it, was a bunch of vacuum leaks and PCV shit but nothing to do with MAF.  Thanks for the quick reply!
