Would someone be so kind as to identify this connector for me?  It comes out of the harness right next to the Throttle Position Sensor and has three wires colored, Light Blue, Black/Red , and Violet.  The plug was just chilling there.  If someone could assist me with a solution, I would greatly appreciate it.

to me that looks like the second connector thottle positioning sensor. i do believe the stock TPS has an extra wiring for it. this is one of the OEM TPS for your SE.  my ca18et didnt have one of those, but when i purchased a KA24 throttle body the TPS had that as well. but i believe its for automatic only

That's for the tps, but only if you have an automatic.

Thank you guys very much for your responses.  Do all the harnesses have connectivity for autos, or did someone use an AUTO specific harness in my car?

the person you got it from probably just wanted to make sure that the wires were connected.
