update found out its a 86 turbo bell housing....dont know if that will work at all.

There are no 86 SE's, if the bell housing is off a turbo z31, wont work. Needs to be an N/A z31 bell housing because those are C trans. Turbo Z's are A trans. And A trans bell housings dont bolt up to C trans.

All Z31s came with either the FS5W71C(the one you want), T5, or the FS5R30A.
If it doesn't line up with your transmission, you probably have the wrong bellhousing or the wrong transmission because ALL 71C trans have the same bolt pattern, they just used different bellhousing patterns for different engines (SR, KA, CA, VG30, and some L-Series IIRC)

Edit: Gustard beat me to it lol

Alright, you need z31 C trans bell housing, off an n/a z31 for it to bolt up to your trans. not a turbo trans bell housing or anything else. only bell housings that work are off a manual SE, or the z31. No way around that. and all z31's have C trans all years as long as there not turbo.

So the turbo throw out bearing and clutch kit would fit on the non turbo trans?

Yup. Splines are same, only turbo disc is 10mm bigfer, more contact patch therefore an upgrade
