Does anyone know about any engine motor mounts that lower the engine about an inch or two?

1. Why would you want to do that?

2. Hockey pucks would lower an engine about that much. There isn't an aftermarket replacement "shorter" motor mount. You'll have to rig something up. If not pucks, then something else. Custom modified crossmember, for instance.

Watch out for that oil.pan when you do though

I want to install the pathfinder intake and it won't clear  the head. I guess I can use the hockey pucks, my son got a bag of them.

get the lower intake manfold milled at a slant.  David Carroll (Mr.510) over at Experimental Engineering does this.

...If I read this right, you have clearance issues with the head and plenum... And you want to lower the engine to help this issue.... wat.

he worded it wrong.  putting a pathfinder upper on on a VG30E in an s12 would require some hood modification in stock form.  if the lower is milled so that the upper bolts to it at an angle, there is not a problem.

It is said that the Pathfinder upper provides the best flow, and the most torque, it has the longest runners of all vg-e engines.

sounds like alot of work when it would be WAY easier to mod the hood structure and maybe add a small scoop....and when u lower the engine dont u have to mod tranny mount as well

Not so much as worrying about the angle of the driveline. Dropping the engine will pitch the driveshaft up towards the floorpan and could cause issues with the front shaft and even the center support bearing.

Just slap on your stock S12 plenum. It's really not gonna make any difference, especially if you're NA, with stock engine.
But if you really want it flow, gut your stock plenum.

^This also, it already sits pretty low stock. Mine is all scratched up all sketchy and shit already hahaha

It would make a noticeable difference.  the S12 VG30E upper intake is terrible.

s12 pendelum flows better than a z31 intake

port and polish the s12 intake or make your own and really get wild
