The front window spacers of both my door windows have fallen off again.  Last time I used superglue AND a jb weld enhancement on the ends.  A year later and they are rattling in the bottom of the doors again.  :-(

I saw silicone recommended in several post searches here but that doesn't seem very strong.   Anyone have a permenant solution?  The rattling is driving me nuts.

I would use urethane that's a more permanant fix...its used for  winshield seals etc

I tried using instant glue to hold it in place, then forced some RTV adhesive down the space between the plastic spacer and the glass. Seems to be working so far.

I need to fix this on my gray car. It sits about a quarter inch to low and wind makes a slight whistle noise. water also gets in a little as it sits so i bring it into my garage once every two weeks and blast my lil electric heater inside to get rid of any dampness

I've been waiting for a perfect solution to show up but nothing yet.  The  "rtv" solution doesent seem better than my previous efforts which failed in less than a year.  Anybody worked with glass epoxy that dries under ultraviolet light?
