rear end clunking

I have had my 2nd s12 for about 3 weeks and im thinking this is either a driveshaft or a ujoint. But I'd rather have some guru opinions before I rip it apart.

Alright so only thing this happens is when I floor it. When I shift under a heavy load there is a small to big thunk at the back end. Higher the rpm lounger the clunk.

Also if you are trying to get the tires spinning the clUnk seems to make the wheels dead stop and then move like im driving like a grandma.

Similar question was posted in the lst couple months and was found to be loose lug nuts, so check that 1st since it's an easy fix! (but I'll bet that's not the problem this time)

100% sure it's not.

I have a clunking problem too but my 200 drives normally except for the slop in the differential causing the clunk. Can you turn the driveshaft by hand and notice any play?

Sound like bad subframe bushing to me if it's only under high load / when taking off / shifting hard from low gears

I haven't had it lifted high enough yet to check the shaft for play.

There's so many bushings back there. Which one is the subframe bushing and how hard is it to remove
