1. Do you have to remove dash and disassemble air duct to get to the evaporator core or can you get it out from under the glove box?
2. Does ac lines need to be evacuated before removing evaporator core?

It's been awhile, but yeah, the whole dash has to come out, the two top nuts I don't think you can get to with the dash in place.
The lines don't HAVE to be evac'd, but should be... Unless you really don't care about the environment. :lol:
I removed and replaced mine without pulling the dash. I won't say it was real easy, but can be done. There were some bolts at the top from what I recall that were challenging to find and get to.
