Ok, my question is.. what can cause low idle and cause the car to slowly die when coming to a complete stop?

Total lack of clutch use.. nah seriously..

The brake booster...Does it idle fine if your foot is off the brake, then die when you press the brake...if so then it is most likely the booster...8)

Could be a thousand things ...

Is it doing anything else?

What have you checked/replaced?

Could be too little fuel pressure, change your fuel filter.

It only does it when apply the brakes. coming to a complete stop. ill rev it up and put it in neutral (at a complete stop) and then it will idle smoothly instead of dieng.
