Seeing as the FJ20turbo's ECU is able to be re-programmed, would the ca20e ecu be able to be re-programmed seeing as its the same vintage as the FJ20???

It is possible (as far as I can see), but the problem is finding somebody to re-program it...
It also depends on whether you have a NKI, or a MKII...the MKII's appear to have a better chance of being able to be re-programmed (this is because of the EPROM chip in them...8)
