I just got a call from my wife and she says that, when she turns the AC on in her '92 Sentra XE, a fine mist or smoke is coming out of the dash vents. It dissipates when she shuts the AC off. She says it doesn't rally have a smell to it. Any idea what could this be? My first thought was that her heater core was about to blow, but then why would it stop when she shut the AC off? It's very humid today, is it perhaps just condensation?
miist/smoke out of dash vents? (Non-S12)

More than likley it's condensation from it being so humid. My s12 did this when I lived in Florida. If I ran just the vent for a few minutes then turned on the A/C...I would get the mist coming out all of the air vents for about 20 seconds. Same thing in my '95 Maxima
I get mist coming out of my AC when it's a really hot day... could it just be Heat and Cold air mist?
I hope you guys are right. I'm gonna take the B13 out in a little while, I'll see if I can get it to do it.
Hopefully it's just as the other guys said, the only time i have seen a car do this was one of our rally corollas overheated massively and it absolutely pumped steam out the vents, then the heater core went and dumped boiling water on the passengers (me) feet...fun. The car had just chewed it's radiator to pieces with the alternator after a slight mishap though so i guess it'd have to be catastrophic damage to make it overheat like that.
all of my nissans that have had ac have done this. one thing nissan does right is ac
