Im gunna crack on with fitting my t25 tommorow friday and sat.

today i cut and shunt the outlet pipe from the t25 off the s13 so that it is stubby and almost the same location as the t2. i cut the flange off and welded a inch and a half of pipe to it and bolted it on. I also went and got a downpipe off an s13 as they are different to the s12 t2 turbo downpipe. It is slightly longer than the s12 one but it shouldnt matter, just lower the exhaust an inch at the front.

Now i would like to know some info on the oil/water line fitments. the coolant line at the font is identical and the oil return pipe underneath is in the same location so looks easy enough to sort out but the other 2 are different and im not sure whats going on with them. they are both fitments like the front coolant pipe rather than bolt fittings on the t 2. which is which etc.... also i have still got the connections so im thinking of joining them to my current lines with enforced hose.

any tips or ideas peeps or things ive missed? also is the t25 actuator and actuator mount and push rod the same as the t2 as my t2 one is adjustable and id like to still use that one if poss???

i've got the t25 from a s13 as well. you can use the stock s12 water lines. they take a little bit of 'convincing' but the positions are pretty close to the same. you should be able to use the stock s12 oil inlet line with a bit of convincing as well. i think you'll have to make a new oil outlet pipe or get some new flex hose. i made my own compressor outlet pipe as you need to make a pretty sharp bend.

you'll also have to shave a small lump of the tranny housing. it's nothing structural. good luck.

Maybe my turbo's different i thought it was from an S13 too maybe mines from a Z32. i didn't have to do anything besides hook the thing up and curse at the oil inlet pipe and manifold nut to get it in. I had to make an oil return line too. It has two elbows in it. I didn't have to shave a bit of the tranny housing at all.

Oh and the wastegate actuators are set for the same boost levels (approximately)

The wastegate actuators are pretty much universal, you may need to make a new bracket to position your old one properly though. You want to make sure it is tight on the swingvalve arm so that it doesn't let boost past before it opens.
