Finally got most everything done bled the clutch today figured out the throttle cable and shes running! Not running well but running. I have no exhaust yet so i cant really tell what the problem is. It idles perfect but wont rev up with out hesitation, could be anything i guess vacum leak somewhere maybe. Cant wait till its running perfect, might take me some time to get it running smooth though.

Thats what i was thinking but after some thinking i figured it out. The simplest thing always get you the MAF was only half pluggd in but looked plugged in!!

So exhaust and im ready to go.

I was going to say that they do that with no AFM plugged in. Timing doesn't make my SR run like crap, just effects the power.
Good to see you got it going w00t w00t.

Please do a search...with the auto the CA18ET, and the CA18DET (I am relatively sure the DET will fit at least) will fit...otherwise you will need to go manual...

Question for Neb,Craig and anyone with their swap completed.
What combination of gearbox are you guys using and what fabrication is needed, if any?
Ive read, I think, just about every thread on the topic but not alot about boxes.
And did we resolve that CA,KA and SR mounts are the same, or not??
Cheers,
Tony

SR will bolt to CA crossmember, i doubt the mounts are interchangable tho so just use whatever is bolted to the motor. I'm using the SR's 'C' box with a custom gearbox crossmember (ie box section with two bits of angle at the end, piece of cake).
There is alot of info floating around but alot of it might be on the old forum if it still exists.
