I have the older 1980 200sx and did a 13b bridgeport with a r200 280zx rear end swap. Not a normal swap or car. Mounting the 13b should be no problem because you could use the frount mount or the regular side mounts. you are going to cut a new drive shaft and figure the trans location.. You mite want to go turbo for more torgue... My car is 2150lbs so I don't need alot of torgue.The motor put 200rwhp and about 140lbs of torgue. e-mail if you what so pics.......Dave

A standard 13b turbo will put you straight into the 13/12 second zone with the right engine management ,just make sure its gonna stop first!

Yeah, they're really loveable little motors, even though a little short on torque. But in a little light car like an RX7 (or a 200 in this case), it makes for a fun high-revving and awesome handling car (due to the extreme low center of gravity and light weight). Man I miss my old 12A RX7...

how did you do your rear suspension?

The car has a 2x3 box frame from the firewall back and used a 280zx trailing arm irs set up with the r200.No an easy thing to do, plus the car was channeled a little bit to keep it low.
